You can also easily align calculations with your company’s standard weekly payment run (e.g., processing disbursements every Thursday).

Options
Invoice Date is the date of the invoice.
Standard Payment Day allows you to align payment dates with your organization's standard disbursement schedule (e.g., "We pay every Thursday").
Days to Allow for Mail allows you to account for the number of days it takes for an invoice to reach its destination in the mail. This is only an option when the Standard Payment Day is set to Due Date.
Skip Weekends will bypass weekends, if checked, when determining the payment and mail dates.
Skip Holidays will bypass holidays, if checked, when determining the payment and mail dates. This currently uses federal holidays in the US.
Displayed Terms allows you to select which NET terms you wish to see. Select as few or as many as you like.
